Think of me, think of me fondly when we’ve said goodbye. Remember me once in a while, please promise me you’ll try and when you find that once again you long to take your heart back and be free, if you ever find a moment, spare a thought for me. We never said our love was evergreen, or as unchanging as the sea, but if you can still remember stop and think of me. Think of all the things we’ve shared and seen, dont think about the way things might have been. Think of me, think of me waking silent and resigned. Imagine me trying too hard to put you from my mind. Recall those days, look back on all our times, think of the things we’ll never do. There will never be a day when I won’t think of you.
Did you also know she has 7 laughs?
one when something really makes her laugh.
one when she’s making plans.
one when she is laughing out of politeness.
One when she is uncomfortable.
one when she is making fun of herself.
one when shes having fun with her friends.
and one when she is thinking about you.
There’s a point in your life when you know who stays forever,
and who’s just around for a while.
People change, but so do you. Sometimes for the best,
and sometimes for the worst. Bad things happen to everyone,
you’re not in it alone. People lie, and some people just don’t care how you feel.
Your heart beats, no matter how much pain you’re in.
everything will be okay eventually.
There are always people in your life that just make your day, no matter the miles.
I know about distance, I’ve been dealing with it all my life,
so don’t tell me its easy, because its not.
But its worth it. I’d rather keep in touch with the people I love, than just drop it and forget about it.
You don’t forget the ones you love. It doesn’t work like that.
Give it all you’ve got and live your life to the fullest.
People would kill to be you, have what you have,
someone always has it worse off than you, but that doesn’t mean that your pain doesn’t count!
She glances in the mirror and throws her hair up,
ripped jeans, an old hoodie — they’re all she needs.
she runs out the door, five minutes before class starts
and arrives just as the bell rings, cheeks flushed
she doesn’t try that hard at school and she plays sports
because she likes to run. her rooms a mess
and her cell phone’s always dead, but she just smiles ;
she knows the world is hers. she has her enemies, she’s made mistakes
and she knows it. but she doesn’t care. she’s happy
with who she is and who she has— because that’s all she needs.
She was a girl who spoke her mind,
never played games, and acted confident
when she could barely stand looking in
the mirror. She didn’t gloat of her
achievements, or tell of them even though
she had so many. she lived in mistakes,
in past regrets, and she’s just beginning
to realize that sometimes you can’t
change things, that you can’t go back
in the past and sometimes, you just
have to move on cause life’s too short
to dwell on the unchangeable.
